"The International Ceramics Academy AIC/IAC "
Is the most important organization of ceramicists worldwide. Its aim is to make international contemporary ceramics known at the highest level, to support networks of ceramic artists, to facilitate and accompany important exhibitions in cooperation with important cultural institutions and events. Close cooperation and personal encounters between ceramic artists from different countries and cultural backgrounds are to be promoted, as well as meetings with important curators, gallery owners, art critics, specialist journalists and committed collectors. The AIC/IAC is associated with UNESCO and currently has 807 ceramic artists and 77 institutional members from 74 countries.
