Porcelain stories

The works of Italian artist Sara Dario are condensed narratives fired onto porcelain. She assembles the screen-printed porcelain strips, which resemble an analog roll of film, into exciting compositions that - sometimes distorted and interrupted, sometimes uniform - create a new visual language all of their own.

Sara Dario was awarded the Detlef Schmidt-Wilkens Prize in 2025.
