Martin McWilliam has placed the artistic exploration and interpretation of two archaic everyday objects - bowl and jug - at the centre of his work. His sculptures with their entanglements, twists, their optical play of outside and inside, positive and negative forms, reflections and fractures keep our perception permanently on its toes and draw the viewer into an enigmatic interplay of form and space.
